You can decide to return or exchange any product purchased on for any reason within 30 days from receiving the shipment. The packaging and products must be undamaged and show no signs of wear.

Here are the conditions of a return:

  • The item is unworn and in its original, undamaged condition
  • All items are returned including the glasses, case, felt pouch, and cleaning cloth
  • The return request is accompanied by a valid invoice number

French Kiwis offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, including shipping costs, for customers in North America. Customers outside of North America are responsible for the shipping costs both ways. However, all customers must cover the shipping costs for any additional returns. To initiate an exchange or return, please email us at

  1. Print out the pre-paid return label that you will receive through our reply email within 48 hours of your request and attach it to your return box.
  2. Take your package to your nearest CANADA POST or LOCAL POST OFFICE LOCATIONS.
  3. The original purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded by the method selected for payment, within 14 days from the date on which your decision to return the product was communicated to us and the items were returned.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed and a refund has been processed.
  5. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for the credit to show on your account.

Customs Duties

Orders shipped back within Canada are exempt from customs charges and duties.

International customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes chargebacks when returning an order.

Defective Goods and Replacements

If you have chosen to replace a defective product in conformity with our Terms of Sale, we will send a new product to you free of charge as soon as our warehouse has received and processed the defective product.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased on and we will only accept returns if the packaging and products are undamaged and show no signs of wear.

All refunds will be made with the original payment method.
