Rates & Delays
We ship Internationally and we offer free shipping in North America. Canadian, American and international shipping is done with Canada Post. You will receive your order within 2-5 business days if shipped within Canada by regular ground Post and 7 to 10 business days outside of Canada. Express and Priority mail is available at an extra cost. Cost is calculated at the checkout page.
Changing or Cancelling and Order
If you want to change or cancel your order, please send us an email at info@frenchkiwis.com within 24 hours of your order and we will make every effort to modify or cancel your order. Because we process orders as quickly as possible, the faster you reach out to us, the more likely it is we can modify an order.
Customs Duties
Orders shipped within Canada are exempt from customs charges and duties, but taxes will be applied.
International customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes
